In 2001, Kaleidoscope Consulting was created to meet the needs of a growing number of academic institutions and businesses in need of customized consulting, development and training.

With almost 20 years of education and clinical experience, Jodi Olmsted, President of Kaleidoscope Consulting, knows the challenges that real world educational programs and businesses face when it comes to training staff, offering professional development or enhancing curriculum.

During the course of the last 20 years, Jodi has achieved a Master of Science and Education Specialist Degrees while earning a Ph.D. in adult education. Jodi has been teaching at the collegiate level for almost 15 years. Her love for learning, strong work ethic and desire to teach have all been a part of this lifelong journey.
