Identifying your Leadership Style:
Everyone is a Leader. Do you volunteer for leadership roles, or are elected to them by your peers- but you’re not sure why? Do others consider you a natural “Leader”-- but you don’t feel like one? This 3 hour interactive workshop allows you to identify the type of leader you are, and what skills and values you bring through Leadership to others. You will complete some simple assessments to determine your own Leadership style, identify the special skills & values you bring to the Leadership Table, and discuss how to continue developing & using them. Objectives of the session include:

  • Determining your own leadership style
  • Developing basic leadership skills
  • Determining your leadership values

$225 for session includes materials & refreshments. Register early, class size limited to 8 persons.

Leadership Development:
As a follow-up workshop beyond “Identifying Your Leadership Style”, Leadership Development focuses on applying Leadership Skills & Values within various environments-work, school, clubs and church, —wherever you need to act in leadership roles. 3 sessions scheduled two-weeks apart will allow for in-depth skill development & application in the “real world” and sharing of experiences with other members of the workshop.

$225 includes all 3 sessions, materials & refreshments. Class size limited to 4.

Team Building:
Need to work as part of a “Team”—but haven’t before? Don’t do it well? This 4-hour workshop allows you to learn & apply some of the “Basics” associated with being a team player- including team formation; roles, dynamics, and skills that help teams function to their best capabilities. Objectives of the session include:

  • How teams form
  • Roles of players on teams
  • There is no “I” in “Team”-considering team dynamics
  • Applying communication skills in a team environment

$275 for session includes materials & refreshments. Class size limited to 6 persons.

Do you work in roles requiring group decision-making? Need to be able to facilitate groups, large or small, in coming to conclusions? The purpose of this practical, 2-hour workshop is learning and applying proven techniques for group decision-making. Learn simple techniques involved in the group decision making process, interact with others and share “best practices” for group consensus with other participants.

“Shift Happens”-Managing Change:
Acting as a “Change Agent” can sometimes be frightening-if you’re not equipped with the tools to manage it. This practical, 2 hour workshop allows participants learn about a simple, yet structured way for presenting the need for change within their own organizations to staff, while interacting and sharing experiences and “best practices” with other workshop participants.
