Identifying your Leadership Style:
Everyone is a Leader. Do you volunteer for leadership
roles, or are elected to them by your peers- but you’re not sure
why? Do others consider you a natural “Leader”-- but you don’t
feel like one? This 3 hour interactive workshop allows you to identify
the type of leader you are, and what skills and values you bring through
Leadership to others. You will complete some simple assessments to determine
your own Leadership style, identify the special skills & values you
bring to the Leadership Table, and discuss how to continue developing
& using them. Objectives of the session include:
- Determining your own leadership style
- Developing basic leadership skills
- Determining your leadership values

Leadership Development:
As a follow-up workshop beyond “Identifying Your
Leadership Style”, Leadership Development focuses on applying Leadership
Skills & Values within various environments-work, school, clubs and
church, —wherever you need to act in leadership roles. 3 sessions
scheduled two-weeks apart will allow for in-depth skill development &
application in the “real world” and sharing of experiences
with other members of the workshop.
